WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP DAY AT FACEBOOK

Lexi B addressed over 8,000 Facebook women and made a call to action to identify your layers of privilege in order to support other people. Before explaining the impacts of layers of privilege have on people in the workplace, she decided to publicly check my own layers of privilege on stage. Her citizenship, two parent household, sexuality, the fact that her assumed gender representation matches her gender, and her name are just some of the privileges that Lexi B has in this world.
